先日、八重山農林高校（石垣島）で参加させて貰った「ドリスカッ！」が新聞に掲載されました✨！

「飲食店コンサルタントの結城美紀子さんは、接客の楽しさなどを伝えた」って書いてあって、嬉しい😆✨！ドリスカッ！は子供達の夢点火プロジェクト。仕事の内容ももちろん。仕事楽しんでる大人達をみて、夢の大切さを学んでもらうプロジェクト。

生徒が話を聞くだけでなく、実行委員会をつくって、運営、撮影、司会、デザインまでプロに教わりながら、自分達で創り上げていくイベントなのも素晴らしい。

来年度も沖縄県内数高校での開催が決まっているそうで、益々盛り上がっていきそうです(^^)？

The other day, "Dorishuka!", which I participated in at Yaeyama Agriculture and Forestry High School (Ishigaki Island), was published in the newspaper✨!

I'm happy to read that "Restaurant consultant Ms. Mikiko Yuki conveyed the joy of serving customers"😆✨! 

Drissuka! is a children's dream ignition project. Of course, the content of the work. A project to learn the importance of dreams by watching adults enjoying their work.

It's wonderful that the students don't just listen to the story, but form an executive committee and create their own event while being taught by professionals from management, photography, moderator, and design.

It seems that next year will also be held at several high schools in Okinawa Prefecture, and it seems to be getting more and more exciting (^^)?

I'll do my best to do what I can!
